A welcome email when you join, and another when a Starter, Pro or Premium plan starts. A note when an import finishes or could not be finished. An email when a data export is ready, with the decryption key in a separate message. An invitation when someone shares a tree with you. A warning when a payment fails, and a line when a subscription changes. A greeting on a birthday you recorded for yourself. A confirmation when an account has been erased. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link; the link only shows which address it is for, and unsubscribes when you press the button.
