I cannot link my DNA kit to a person
Two things have to be true before a kit can be linked: the tree needs a ROOT person, and you need to be in the tree that holds the person you mean. If both are true and the person still cannot be chosen, see the next entry - they may be outside the era in which a consumer test could have been taken.
