How it works

One door takes any file

Upload doors take any file you bring. The file type and the company are read from the file itself, never from its name, so you do not need to know which box is the right one. Bring a DNA file, a segment file, an AutoCluster export or a document to the tree upload, and it is recognised and you are pointed to the section where it belongs. Bring a segment file or an AutoCluster export to a match-list import, and it is added to Segments or AutoClusters for the same kit, with a message saying so. A file we cannot read yet is kept for review rather than refused, so nothing you bring is lost.
