What the side icon means

A match that appears in a CSV you uploaded is analysed from that file. The person behind it has never heard of AutoTreeGen and does not need to. Keep four things apart: an external DNA match is a row in your export; a person is someone in your tree; a kit is a genome; and an account is someone who signs in here. Linking a match to a person in your tree is a research decision you make, not an invitation anyone receives.
